Quick Turn - Crew Overboard (COB) Rescue Video (80 sec Video) 
  

 

  

 
A Quick-Turn-Rescue is easier for a beginner to perform. But requires that you sail away from the COB.  It is also harder to keep site of the COB while performing the maneuver.  Shown in the picture is the crew creating a debris field to allow for better spotting of the COB and throwing a flotation device to the COB.
